WARRANTY TERMS

  • The warranty period starts from the date of original purchase. Units must be purchased from an authorized retailer (Singular Sound, Guitar Center, Sweetwater, etc.).
  • If purchasing a second hand unit, the warranty is transferable, but only if the original purchaser registered the warranty after their purchase. Second hand units will have the same warranty period as the original owner (i.e. the warranty period started from when the unit’s first owner originally purchased it.)
  • We will either repair or replace the unit at our option. If we repair it and send it back to you, it is not counted as a replacement.
  • We will need to receive the defective unit first prior to sending out a replacement (excl. cases of theft if covered).
  • Free warranty: coverage of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For all other warranty options, we will cover return shipping costs.
  • The return of the defective unit as per the warranty can only be done once authorized by the support team (support@singularsound.com), in accordance with the instructions provided in the support email response.
  • We will cover the shipping charges of sending the replacement unit. However, import VAT charges on the incoming replacement unit are the customer's responsibility, if applicable.
  • There is no warranty on the replacement unit. However if there are innate defects within 30 days of receiving the unit, we will replace it for you in accordance with clauses 4, 5, 6, and 7.
  • If an additional replacement unit (beyond the one that was replaced covered by the warranty) is needed during the warranty period, we do offer a 20% discount on the purchase of a new unit if the defective unit is sent back to us, and the new unit will have by default the standard warranty period of 2 years, unless an extended warranty plan is purchased.
  •  If an additional replacement unit is needed outside the warranty period, we will give you a 20% discount on the new unit, if the defective unit is sent back to us. It will have by default the standard warranty period of 2 years, unless an extended warranty plan is purchased.
  • In a case where the customer needs a unit replaced for an issue not covered by the warranty (e.g. cracked screen with the free warranty), a new unit can be obtained for 20% off, if the defective unit is sent back to us. The new unit will come with a renewed warranty.
