Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping
We offer free shipping to the United States and Puerto Rico for all orders above $99 USD. Packages will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
International Shipping
For Canadian orders, shipping is $30 flat rate and packages will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. For any other location, the shipping method will be chosen and calculated during checkout.
For packages shipped internationally, the purchaser is responsible for paying VAT. International orders will not be refunded if the buyer refuses to pay VAT.

Checking the Status of Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@singularsound.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
NOTE: International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs delays.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@singularsound.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
